• Easily import bookmarks from different browsers and other social-bookmarking sites

• Well-developed search capabilities and simple easy bookmark retrieval 
• Offers suggestions for tagging based on a wide user-base

Advantages:

• A very convenient and simple way to store bookmarks.  It is much more efficient and powerful than traditional browser-based bookmarking
• Easily discover web pages and interesting content  by see the most popular bookmarks for any given tag 

Disadvantages:

• Does not allow highlighting or sticky-notes like Diigo
• There is a small learning curve and new icons to learn

Tips:

• If the default title assigned to a bookmark (derived from the title of the web page) is vague, change it.  Otherwise you'll have a hard time finding that bookmark later.

• Tag wisely and take advantage of the suggested tags.
