Features: * Tracks your interests to suggest similar online content * Groups bookmarked content into topics * Shares your interests with other members, and recommends members with similar interests * Content is member-contributed * Star items save them quickly * Add a link to your bookmark bar to easily add content to your twines * Can connect to your Twitter account to notify followers of new twine content additions
Advantages: * Combines social networking with online bookmarking * Newest content additions listed first within topics * Bookmarks stored online, so can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection * Import your bookmarks from your browser * You can create your own twines to organize your content yourself
Disadvantages: * Recommendations do not always closely match interests * Cannot be used offline
Tips: • The Tour is useful for pointing out where all the features are located • Adding the “Add to Twine” link to you bookmark bar makes adding content very simple
